GENERAL CONDITIONS:
1.0 Remuneration Package:
Selected Candidates, depending on the levels, will normally receive minimum provisional starting basic pay per month in the
respective levels/Grades.
- In addition, Dearness Allowance (DA) at present prevailing rate - 61.50% of basic pay and perks & allowance at 47% of basic pay
will also be paid.
- Other allowances / benefits include subsidized accommodation at site, Gratuity, Contributory Provident Fund, Free Medical for Self
& dependents, Group Insurance, Group Personal Accident Insurance, House Building Advance(HBA), Conveyance Advance,
Children Higher Education Loan, PC Advance, Multipurpose Advance, Furniture Advance, Telephone facility etc. as per rules.
- In addition, performance related pay (PRP) is payable up to maximum of 40% of annual basic pay for E2/E3 & up to maximum of
50% of annual basic pay for E4, depending upon performance.
2.0 Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
3.0 This advertisement is for the purpose of developing RGPPL’s own cadre with no linkage whatsoever with NTPC or GAIL.
4.0 All qualifications in concerned fields should be from Universities / Institutions recognized and approved by Government of India. In
case of Legal, same should be acceptable by Bar Council of India for enrolment as advocate.
